The schedule used for the weekend assessments changes from church to church, but follow the same basic pattern. Below is the actual schedule used at one church.

Meet with the senior pastor |
| 11:00 – 11:45 a.m. | Meet with associate pastor |
| 12:00 – 12:45 p.m. | Lunch (at church or out) |
| 12:45 – 1:30 p.m. | Meet with the senior pastor’s spouse |
| 1:45 – 2:30 p.m. | Meet with the church secretary |
| 2:30 – 3:15 p.m. | Meet with the children’s leader |
| 3:15 – 4:00 p.m. | Meet with the youth leader |
| 4:00 – 4:45 p.m. | Meet with the board chairman |
| 5:30 – 6:45 p.m. | Dinner for Team (out or at someone’s home) |
| 7 – 8:15 p.m. | Focus Group at church (set up in a horseshoe or circle so people can see each other) |
