It's quite a chore maintaining the UB contact list of ministers and miscellaneous laypersons. Information is continuously changing (especially email addresses!), and people may or may not think to notify us of changes. It is particularly important that we keep our ministerial records up-to-date.

Plaxo helps.

Plaxo is a web-based contact management (and more) service. It's free. If you have a Plaxo account, and your email address is in our system, we'll automatically find you. Your Plaxo "card" will then automatically sync with what we have.

A good and growing number of UB people (especially ministers) have joined Plaxo. So when they update their Plaxo information, we automatically learn of it. Our Address Book information is updated, and we also receive a weekly report of all changes by the Plaxo members in our Address Book. Works pretty nice.
